  I honestly have to wonder if some of these positive reviews weren't put in place by their own workers to throw off the curve of bad reviews for this restaurant. But that would mean they somwhat care about their jobs. I have a miserable experience every time I decide to take a chance on this place. I pulled in the drive thru once and had literally two cars in front of me and I was told to expect a 15 to 20-minute wait. So, it takes 10 minutes to serve a single customer? I went there another time and five of their workers were outside on the patio, cigarettes in hand, as four cars were lined up in drive-thru and not a single one bothered to go back inside to take any of the drive-thru orders. I have worked this job, this same job, up in Edinburgh and if I had forced people to wait the same amount I wait every single time I come here, I would have been fired on the spot. I love the food at Taco Bell. But it's becoming less and less worth it for me to wait 20 to 35 minutes, like I did today, to get two items and be told at the window there were out of the third item. I have given too many chances to this place and have been let down and regretted it every single time. Seriously I hope it gets shut down and I hope all these workers are forced to get new jobs where if they don't produce results on time they get fired on the spot. Because that's how the real world works. This location has become a coddling place for lethargic bodies to show up and get paid. I'm done with it. I would be sick with myself if I had the work ethic that these workers have.
